Watnya petrol station
Revitalizing the design of petrol stations of a national company for petroleum services, making the design dependent on clean energy and green architecture in the first place, as well as the flexibility of the design to be repeated in different land areas, and relying formally on covering the project in the form of a palm tree made of solar energy, and also providing all the required elements in oil stations such as Car services and agencies for car brands, as well as shops, restaurants and cafeterias, in addition to a government service station, and finally adding branches of banks and relying on the presence of electric charging for cars with the availability of security and safety in the project.

HELMYA SHOPING ZONE
Located on the wall of the 6th of October Club in Helmeya area – Gesr El Suez The project is considered one of the projects that are established for the purpose of investing in the club wall area and converting it into shops that can be used in the investment return. An upper floor was designed for the shops, as well as beautifying the sidewalk adjacent to the building, and adding parking spaces for cars sufficient for the promoters of the place, and the names of the shops were mainly relied upon to be the aesthetic element of the project.

At your request from us to study the development of a project of two attached villas on an area of 300 square meters on a land area of about 650 square meters in the Naama Bay area
The purpose of the project is to turn it into an investment project while preserving the status quo as much as possible
We have found that it is possible to develop the following:
- 41 hotel rooms with their services (23 front rooms directly on the sea - 18 side rooms on the sea).
